  • $88,489 - $97,344 per annum plus up to 17% superannuation


About the position

The Senior Coordinator, Staff Wellbeing Connect aims to contribute to the health and wellbeing of staff and is responsible for the provision high quality Wellbeing Connect services to staff, including secondary consultation and advice, wellbeing support, short term case management, crisis intervention including risk assessment, care coordination, advocacy, supportive counselling, referral and evaluation of options and services to meet staff’s wellbeing needs.  In this position you will also contribute to the development and delivery of prevention and health promotion initiatives and programs that contribute to the health, wellbeing, and safety of staff.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Qualifications in Social Work of Psychology or other relevant tertiary qualification, with significant time post qualification and extensive relevant experience in case management, counselling, and wellbeing support.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage several different projects concurrently.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders to achieve stated outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in case management, counselling, or wellbeing roles with experience in managing complex psychosocial issues, behavioural management, crisis intervention, risk assessment and managing a demanding case load.
  • Knowledge of policy, reporting and legislative requirements associated with the discipline.
