About the position
This position will report directly to the Chief People Officer and will work across the People and Culture Division and will manage and ensure that all business-facing material are delivered with clarity and consistency with a focus on compliance.
The position combines duties of communication, visual and operational design, and internal consultancy to support consistent, audience-focused delivery of key initiatives and programs and will also contribute to whole-of-function reporting, coordination, and project management, ensuring streamlined delivery.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop positive working relationships with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders, and work collaboratively and cooperatively in small teams.
- Demonstrated ability to apply sound time management skills including setting priorities, organising work efficiently, and exercising initiative.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the work practices, processes and procedures relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated ability to gain a conceptual understanding of relevant policies, procedures or systems and interpretation in the application of policy and/or precedent.
- Demonstrated skills in research, evaluation or interpretation of data.
