About the position
This position x 2 is fixed term to replace staff members on secondment opportunity.
This position will support the planning, promotion, and execution of student programs and events that foster participation, engagement, and enhance the overall student experience. The position supports students throughout every stage of their university journey and across all La Trobe University campuses. Additionally, it serves as a central organisational point, ensuring efficient resource allocation, structured delivery, and high-quality, student-focused events.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, will have significant relevant experience and a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and risk management related to large-scale event planning and delivery. You should excel at setting priorities, managing workflows, and working both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational, communication, and people management skills are essential, as is the ability to innovate, provide quality service, and respond effectively to challenges in a dynamic event environment.
