The Creative Director is the senior creative lead within the in-house agency, responsible for driving the creative vision, lifting standards of craft, and ensuring all creative output is distinctive, on-brand and commercially effective. Reporting to the Director of Brand, Creative and Experience, the role works closely with the team's creatives, as well as brand and experience leaders to ensure creative work supports a coherent brand narrative and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

This hands-on leadership role guides the creative product while partnering with Head of Creative Operations to support a high-functioning studio. It leads and develops creative talent, provides final quality oversight, presents creative thinking to senior stakeholders, translates feedback into clear direction, contributes directly to key work where needed, and identifies opportunities to strengthen the agency’s capability, processes and value to the business.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Relevant degree, postgraduate qualification, extensive management expertise, or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and experience.

  • Significant senior creative leadership experience, including leading and developing creative teams within an agency or in-house studio environment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual range, craft excellence and breadth across digital, brand, campaign and content channels.

  • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships, communicate on complex issues, deliver commercially effective work, and drive continuous improvement in creative practices.
