About the position
Infrastruction and Operations (I&O) work to enhance the experience for staff and students through the proactive, sustainable development, maintenance and improvement of University facilities, grounds and amenities. The Coordinator, Service and Administration will be responsible for a range of service desk functions ensuring quality customer service, prioritising and monitoring workflows, analysing data and identifying trends and reporting on progress.
You will,
- Coordinate the I&O front desk functions including face-to-face online and telephone customer enquiries, administration of work requests, permits, , and access to facilities and areas within campus, carpark management and staff & student card administration
- Develop and enable the capability of staff within the team by monitoring and mentoring their performance to meet KPIs and requirements
- Financial administration including invoice processing and creation of purchase orders
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have;
- A strong customer service mindset and commitment to meet timelines
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing the activities of others including coaching, motivating and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and monitor workflows with high aptitude to work with a variety of software packages
