About the position
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead a team of motivated, thoughtful and innovative specialists and manage the governance, planning, engagement and communication activities, ensuring expertise from a range of areas to improve decision making, assist with planning and to track success. The position also provides oversight of the work in and out of the executive office within the Office of the Provost.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have
- Demonstrated high level analytical, creative problem solving and negotiation skills supported by a proven ability to conceptualise, develop, propose, and review project plans.
- Demonstrated high level of theoretical and applied knowledge in professional area of expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for achievement of objectives and programs affecting a significant organisational area at Business Unit/School/Division level or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in liaising with staff at all levels of an organisation, negotiating effective outcomes, consultation, and facilitation of group discussions.
